Terms of use
Last updated: July 31, 2026.
entrainear is a listening comprehension practice tool. By using it, you accept what follows. It is short on purpose.
This page translates the French conditions d'utilisation of the same date. If the two differ, the French version prevails.
What the service is
entrainear plays you recordings and asks questions about them, then steers the next drills towards your weak points. We produce the recordings and the questions ourselves: they are never real exam papers, nor extracts from past tests.
The service is published by Marton Hever, an individual residing in Nova Scotia (Canada). Contact: support@entrainear.com.
No affiliation
entrainear is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any test provider. The names TCF, TCF Canada, TEF, TEF Canada, IELTS and CELPIP are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to describe the exam the drills prepare for.
No guaranteed result
Practising here guarantees no score, no level, no equivalence and no outcome of an immigration application. Our drills are not the official tests, our marking is not the official marking, and our estimate of your level remains an estimate. Nothing on this site is legal or immigration advice. For that, contact the official bodies or an authorized professional.
Your account
You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for that account's security. One account per person; do not share it. You can delete it at any time from My account, which permanently erases your data (see the privacy policy).
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- bulk-download, scrape or redistribute the recordings, transcripts or questions, which remain the property of us or our suppliers and are for your personal use only;
- automate access to the service, put it under abnormal load, or try to get around its technical limits;
- try to access another user's data, or probe or disrupt the infrastructure.
Looking for a security flaw in good faith and reporting it to support@entrainear.com is not abuse; it is welcome. Do not view or modify anyone else's data while you test.
Service provided as is
The service is free and in beta. It is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or continuous availability. Outages, marking errors and data loss are possible. Your practice data is backed up, but do not treat it as an irreplaceable record.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you, for any cause, is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the last twelve months, which is zero while the service is free. We are not liable for indirect damages, including an exam result, registration fees, a delay or the refusal of an immigration application.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or liabilities; where that is the case, the limitations above apply to the extent permitted, and your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Changes to and end of the service
We may change, suspend or stop the service, in whole or in part, at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms. If the service stops for good, we will post a notice on the site and leave a reasonable period to download your data, as far as possible: since we do not hold your email address, we cannot warn you individually.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change; the date at the top of the page shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence, which continue to apply. The courts of Nova Scotia have jurisdiction, without prejudice to your right to go to the courts where you live when the law guarantees it.
